Due to the nature of our products, all sales on soaps, shower gels, body lotions, and massage oils are final and we do not provide returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange of unopened/unused candles or wax melts, please contact us at [email protected] within fifteen (15) days of receipt. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received.
