Due to the nature of our products, all sales on soaps, shower gels, body lotions, and massage oils are final and we do not provide returns or exchanges.

Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Please be sure to reference your order number. Item must be in the same condition as on the website.
All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received.
After fifteen (15) days: No returns will be accepted.
