Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for nippies (nipple jewelry), but if you run into any issues, please let us know and we will try our best to help you. Other products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, starting from the day tracking shows product is received.
The returning cost is the responsibility of the customer; the cost of sending a new product in the case of an exchange is on us.
