Stainless Steel Adjustable Length Spreader Bar for BDSM use.

This Adjustable spreader bar set, is adjustable from about 18" to 26" (18.5" to 26.5" to be more precise) in width (measured from the shackle hole to shackle hole of the end caps).
They are adjustable in 1" increments (2" if you need them to be symmetrical)

This offer is only for one set with the shackle end pieces.
See below for cuffs, which are a custom order. If you add the Cuff set, you must add the wrist or ankle size desired.
Currently only available in one size, hope to have the other size by the end of the year.

These Spreader Bars are made out of marine grade stainless steel parts. If you are into boating/sailing you may recognize some or all of the parts.
My personal set has survived salt water on a couple of occasions (although I did clean it off in fresh water after they came out of the salt water).
The exception is the Eye bolts which are only just Stainless Steel.

Trivia note: All of the suspension pictures on our web sites use my original set, so mine have been in use for over 20 years now.

The mirror finish will scuff over time, however, the personal set I use the most is still shiny enough for photographs after well over 12 years as of this date.
They may arrive with minor scuff marks because I am getting old so am not as steady as I was years ago, however, all of the scuff marks that I can see will have been polished down as best I can to make them disappear as best able. You should not be able to see them from beyond a couple of feet. As well the ends of the tubes are polished smooth as are the drill holes. There are limitations to my ability to polish further.

SAFETY NOTE:
While I have used my own sets for suspension, they are not in any way warranted for suspension activities.
The shackles by themselves are rated for a Working Load Limit of 750lbs.
All other components do not have a listed load rating for rigging.

I do not have the testing equipment to properly test their use to determine a rating in this configuration or use.
The one test we did was over 350 lbs of people using a center support point eye bolt, bouncing up and down we managed to bend the center bar, but it did not break.
I will not make them with a center eyebolt, however, if you have a drill press you could add you own, but I do not recommend this and voids any possible responsibility on our part.

CUSTIMIZATION:
As shown in the pictures an option with built in cuffs is available, however, due to all the size variations, a set with the built in cuffs is a custom order, so please message me if interested.
The Cuff set (either wrist or ankle) adds $75 and will substitute for the shackles, if you would like to be able to swap the shackles with the cuffs a pair of the shackles added on as an option with the cuffs would be $15.
I will need wrist or ankle cuff size to make the order. I can not make cuffs that will likely fit both and still look nice, but the cuffs can be swapped out. If you want both Wrist and Ankle sets I will likely only charge $135 for both sets to make them at the same time.

I have a limited capability to custom size these, in that I can cut the center bar to a custom length, however, the inner bars are drilled by a local machine shop with the equipment to do it correctly.
So as I only have the small inner bar tubes available at this time any custom size will have the same basic range of about 8" total. The absolute minimum size is 16" but I can do up to 36 inches at max size.
Later I will be offering a longer adjustable piece for longer adjustable sets, but I need to order some more tubes and then have the machine shop to have time to drill those for me.

SHIPPING:

The spreader bars will be shipped in long boxes or tubes depending on order or availability wrapped in bubble wrap.
If ordering a Cuff Set, the cuffs may (or may not) be detached for shipment, however they only need a Phillips head screwdriver to attach.

For Discretion purposes, they may be listed as "Exercise Bars" on custom's forms. Unless they have the cuffs.

Background TRIVIA:
Shortly after we had started Pleasure Paradox in 2001, One of the partners in the business created the spreader bar design. He had both a fixed length and an adjustable size configuration. He also had a wooden version, however after seeing too many of them being used in manners not anticipated we decided not to make any more of the wooden ones. While he had access to a machine shop for several months, he produced one medium batch of parts for the stainless steel versions. Unfortunately when he went to make another batch, he no longer had access to the machine shop. Then as we looked at alternatives, the price of steel shot up and made it unaffordable. Recently the price of steel has come back down (although not as far as I would like) and with the permission of the other partner, I ordered the parts I needed and put a few test samples together. Although I can do the entirety of the fixed lengths myself, for the adjustable sets I have to take some of the material to a local machine shop and have them make the inner tubes for the adjustable ones for me, so we can not offer truly custom sizes on those. We then lost THAT machine shop and only recently found a new one that is willing to do them for me at a reasonable cost. Right now I only have one adjustable size which is about 18" to 26". The fixed length are available in other listings.

Returns Policy

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.

Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact

All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.

If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
