A brass ferrule encompases the junction between cocobolo wood and leather while a pommel spike offers new options for sensation play and looks fiendish while doing so. Dragged across reddened skin this spike will bring sharp attention to the marks you've left behind.

LEATHER

Bison is heavy, thuddy and packs a real punch. My standard knot of 20 bison falls is plenty heavy to offer a deep impact but light enough that it can be thrown for an extended period of time without tiring.

Cow is lighter with more sting where bison/buffalo will offer a very thuddy experience. Suede offers a good thud with more of a slappy feel than bison and can provide a bright, sharp sting when using the tips. My standard knot for cow is 30 falls.

Deer is the lightest hide I use and requires twice as much leather as some others but it is the most luxurious. My standard knot of 40 deer falls generates practically no sting (unless you snap the tips) and provides a thud I would describe as pillowy and soft. With a texture often described as silky or velvety deer is one of the best options for sensual flogging.
