Soft heavy weight black leather flat braided 9-tail flogger / cat. Falls are hand crafted from laminated soft tumbled cowhide. Handle is braided with whisky kangaroo lace.Overall 29" with 8" handle and nine 21" (cut length) flat braided falls.
