A wonderful restraint, beautiful black latigo leather armbinder with a soft fabric lined neoprene binds the forearms together to severely restrict movement. Adjustable upper arm straps provide additional lock down capabilities. 4 locking buckles adjust to fit most "average" size men and women. A 1 1/4" O ring in front allows attachment elsewhere.
