Lots of "Bling" on this collar!. Made from high quality leather and crystal rhinestone studs and a 1 1/4" O ring. Buckle adjust, fits approx 12 1/2"- 17 1/2" neck. Total size is 20" x 1". Features highly polished stainless steel loop and ring and buckle, they will never rust or tarnish.
