Our goods are packed in a quick seal plastic bag for protection and presentation. Care should be taken when ordering to ensure correct product and product size is specified. Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of the products, returns/refunds can only be given if there is a manufacturing defect or the seal remains intact.
Orders may be cancelled or amended in part or whole at any time prior to dispatch.
Additionally, under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel the contract of sale for a transaction within 14 days after delivery and receive a refund of the value of the goods and the shipping charge where it has not been upgraded from the default standard service. This provides consumers with the same chance to examine goods as if they were buying in a shop and applies to all products on the site providing they have not been used or damaged and are returned with all accessories and packaging material in as new condition.
Notice to cancel is required to be given within 14 days after delivery in writing by either e-mail ([email protected]) by letter or by downloading our cancellation form to be completed and posted.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to return the goods at their expense to us within a reasonable period where they have chosen to exercise the right to cancel.
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
We do not charge a cancellation or handling charge for orders cancelled during the 14 day cooling off period providing the above conditions are met.
Additional charges incurred for upgrading the shipping service from the default service are non-refundable.
Personalised or custom made items made to a customer's specification are exempt from return unless faulty.
For your protection when returning goods we recommend using a shipping service requiring a signature with insurance and ensure parcels are adequately protected for transportation as refunds cannot be given on products lost or damaged in the return delivery.
Warranty period:
All goods carry a 12 month return to base repair, replace or refund warranty (at our discretion) unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Warranty cover:
The warranty covers the goods for breakdown against failure due to manufacturing defects and is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding (at our discretion) the goods. It does not cover accidental damage or fair wear and tear.
Returning goods:
Before returning goods under warranty you must contact us first as all returns must have prior authorisation.
Faulty items should be returned to us for inspection. Unless previously agreed, the faulty item needs to be returned as a complete unit with all parts and accessories as originally supplied.
Returned goods will be processed as quickly as possible to minimise delay.

For your own protection please ensure goods are adequately packed and insured when posting back to us as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods being returned to us.

No fault found / invalidated warranty:
In the event goods are returned to us and found to have been modified or suffered misuse/damage then this will invalidate the warranty and they will be returned to the sender.
The cost to return goods to the consumer may be required which are no fault found or where the warranty has been invalidated.
