Available in sizes S (Waist 24-26"), M (Waist 26-29"), L (Waist 30-32"), XL (Waist 33-35"), & XXL (Waist 35-43") & 3XL (Waist 43-50"). Measurements are taken where a mid-rise pair of jeans would sit. The soft elastic waistband is very expandable and you can be off by up to an entire size and this will still fit well.

The smallest internal size (the backside) of the frame surrounding the clitoris is 5/8" (16mm) wide x 1" (25mm) in height.
