Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear (panties and trunks), but if you run into any issues, please let us know and we will try our best to help you.

The returning cost is the responsibility of the customer; the cost of sending a new product in the case of an exchange is on us. A product can only be exchanged once.
