Measuring for your Cock Ring with 2 balls. Generally, most people take the flaccid measurement.
If you want to wear the cock ring all day and under clothing. measure while flaccid. (soft)
Take a string and wrap it below the head of the penis. You will need to take note of the circumference.
If using string mark the string then lay it on a ruler to get the circumference.
To get the diameter, take your circumference measurement and divide by 3.14
