Shop policies
Shipping: We ship quickly and discreetly in plain brown boxes or bubble mailers. All of our items are custom made to order and take up to 5 business days to ship from the date the order was received. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are considered received the following business day. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Care and Cleaning: Clean your toys after each use. They are easy to clean using any of the methods below:
antibacterial soap and water
adult toy cleaner
boiling for 2 minutes (make sure there is enough water in the pot to cover the toy completely and prevent the toy from touching the bottom of the pot- silicone can melt)
top rack of a dishwasher
With all methods, please allow the toy to air dry completely before storing. When storing your toys, you may keep them in a plastic or lint-free cloth bag. Do not allow them to rest against other toys as the materials in other toys may break down the silicone in silolis products, causing permanent damage.
Do not bite or scratch your toys, this will cause damage and make your toys unsafe for use.
Due to the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Do not send any products back to us, even if they are unopened.
At Silolis, we maintain high production standards and examine every piece before it is sent out. We stand behind the quality of our products.
If you receive a piece that you believe has a manufacturing defect, please email us at [email protected] within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of your concern, and pictures of the defect. We will review your case and make a determination of whether a refund or replacement should be issued.
Color variations are not considered defects.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed through the shipping department.
