Cancelling an Order If you need to cancel your order, do so within four hours. You are responsible for the non-refundable fees that have been charged when you placed your order. Sizing of Non Pierced Loops and Non Pierced Horseshoes If you ordered LOOP style nipple jewelry please make sure the loop is large enough for your nipple. The standard size is approximately 5/8 inch (about 16mm) in diameter. To get a perfect fit, measure the widest portion of the protruding nipple when they are erect and send it to me. This measurement is also needed for the NON PIERCED HORSESHOE style. If no measurement is provided an approximate 9mm opening horseshoe will be sent which will fit nipples a bit smaller and larger. Resizing is offered at a cost. Frequently asked questions How to measure for non pierced loops and horseshoes? To measure your nipple, when it is fully erect, measure the widest point across the protruding nipple. If you send me this measurement your jewelry will be custom fit. Please note if the measurement is in inches or mm. If don't have a measuring instrument, use a coin such as a dime, nickel, quarter, etc. to find the one that covers the nipple with room to slip the loop over the hardened nipple. If no measurement is sent the standard size loop will be sent which is approximately 5/8 inch in diameter. How do I put on the non pierced intimate jewelry? Hold your labia lips between your fingers, with the charm hanging down, slide the opening end of the clip over the top of your lips. Adjust the clip to fit snugly at the very top of your lips. To tighten the clip, hold the clip with your fingers and cross the sides over each other slightly. Try it on and adjust more if needed. Enjoy. How do I put on my nipple loops? To wear your nipple jewelry gently ensure the loop is completely open to it's largest size. Hold the jewelry by the silicone base then press the top of the loop to widen it and slide it over your nipple. While holding the silicone gently pull down on the top of the longer dangle where it meets the nipple loop to adjust it to your comfort level. Adjust the shorter dangle to cover the exposed portion of the loop. For a different look, lower the shorter dangle.
