All items are hand made to order. Cancellations can be offered if the order has not shipped. Shipping will usually be within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Cancellations and returns will be assessed on a case by case basis if not covered in the return policy. Custom items can be made but cancellations may not be fully accepted depending on the costs incurred in custom orders. Currently only shipping to US based addresses!

Cancellations: As all items are hand made to order, we can generally offer a full refund if the order has not shipped. If the item(s) required custom materials at the request of the buyer, a full refund may not be possible. Returns In order to return items, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to start the return process. If there are any defects with the item(s) upon receipt due to an error in fulfilling the order correctly or due to a problem in the production process, we will gladly refund or replacement item. We will provide a shipping label for returns in this case. If items in an order are damaged due to shipping, please contact us or the shipper. These products are designed to be rugged and generally resistant to damage during normal use. Refunds will not be available if the items are damaged due to use beyond normal expectations.
