Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. Holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provided in your order. Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days. Due to the nature of our products, all sales on soaps, shower gels, body lotions, and massage oils are final and we do not provide returns or exchanges. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
