Shop policies
Order Processing
All products are handmade to order within 3 – 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Custom orders take longer to make so they typically get processed and shipped within 7 – 14 business days after the order is placed.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates will vary by order and are calculated during checkout. The normal shipping times via USPS are as follows:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia/ Asia: 3-5 weeks
Mexico and South America: 2-3 weeks
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied to the order. Lulexy is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs. Please note, shipping times are often impacted by factors outside of our control such as weather, customs, or COVID related restrictions and delays. We strongly encourage placing orders well in advance to prevent untimely delivery.
Shipping Carriers
All packages (domestic and international) ship via USPS, unless a different carrier is requested. You may upgrade to UPS, FedEx or DHL. Contact us for rates and shipping times.
Lulexy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours after being placed. All products are made to order so once production has been started it can no longer be canceled or modified. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges
Lulexy stands by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. Products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is be responsible for return shipping costs. Any orders returned without prior approval will not be honored. Lulexy does not take responsibility for lost packages. The buyer will be responsible for any damages if an item is not returned in its original condition and packaging. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
- Custom or personalized orders, unless the design is defective
- Intimate items such as ball-gags (for health/hygiene reasons)
