▶ What if my package is late or lost?
Please understand that once a package is transferred to the shipping company, I no longer have any control over it.
Domestic shipments will be considered lost after 30 business days with no movement on the tracking number. After this time, I may send you a replacement at my discretion, however you will have to pay for the shipping.
International shipments will be considered lost after 60 business days with no movement on the tracking number. After this time, I may send you a replacement at my discretion, however you will have to pay for the shipping.
▶ What if my package is returned to Mistress B's?
If your package gets returned to me due to a wrong address or other reason beyond my control, then the customer is responsible for contacting me to purchase a new shipping label to have the package shipped out to them again.
▶ What if the piece I received is the wrong size?
That depends:
If you ordered the wrong size, resizing is available for a standard price of $10 plus the cost of shipping both ways.
If the size of the piece doesn't match what you ordered (I do occasionally make mistakes) please contact me to get it corrected at no cost to you
I measure all pieces end-to-end including the clasp. Please allow for a 0.25" tolerance as links don't always line up the exact desired size.
▶ 90 Day Guarantee
My jewelry and accessories are designed, tested, and crafted to be durable and last a long time, however they are not designed to hold up to play activities. Gold-plated pieces are not intended for daily wear because of the variability of plating thicknesses. If one of my pieces fails in the first 90 days, with casual use, please contact me to resolve the issue
Exclusions include allergies, misuse, exposure to a corrosive environment, and gold-plated pieces which have a 30 Day Guarantee.
I will work with you to determine a cost repair or replace any pieces after 90 days.
