Shop policies
Returns: you can return for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless item radically not as described.
Cancellations: many items are made to order, you can cancel until item is manufactured and / or sent out.
We are based in the UK and will ship within 3 to 5 working days to allow for manufacture.
All our items are made by ourselves in our UK workshop.
If you require any other information just ask!
If you want to return something you should do so within 30 days of recieving the item.
Items should be returned in condition as sent.
Changed your mind or item doesn't fit? You will pay the return postage costs. Items sent at your own risk so you are advised to get tracked shipping.
In the rare event an item arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact me.
You can't return used intimate items (those worn next to skin) or toys, once used. Please therefore be careful to check that these items are as required, as no refund is possible once used.
Please contact me for return address. Items should be folded neatly and in 'as sent' condition.
