Due to the nature of our handcrafted items and the personalized nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a limited return policy for defective items. Non-Returnable Items: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following: Change of mind or personal preference Incorrect size or fit General wear and tear Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. How to Report a Defect: Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed description of the defect. Please include clear photos of the defective item. Assessment: Our team will assess the situation and, if a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect and item availability. Replacement and Refund Process: Replacement: If a replacement is available, we will send you a new item at no additional cost. Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the defective item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping Costs for Defective Items: Crafty Consequences will cover the shipping costs for returning defective items and sending replacements. Note: Please ensure you provide accurate information when placing your order, including size and customization details, as we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items due to incorrect choices made during the purchase process. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as floggers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
