• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, and wish to return it, contact me within 7 days after the order is received, you must ship the item back, safely, in its new & unused condition within 14 days from notice, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
• Shipping the item back must be via a trackable, insured mailing method. If you choose not to insure your item for its return trip, RBZ Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost mail or shipping damages, in a case such as this the customer should seek compensation from the mail courier.
• If no issue is stated within 7 days after the item is received then I consider it as a successfully completed transaction, no return / refund is possible after that period.
• All piercing / body jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded due to sanitary reasons.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded in any way.
