Shop policies
Due to hygienic reasons, items may not be returned after they have been used. CAUTIVA requests that you try on all intimate items over undergarments to insure correct fit and sizing before use. CAUTIVA reserves the right to refuse any returned items that show signs of wear or that do not meet the return criteria.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date (as dictated by tracking information), if the item meets the following criteria:
* Unworn, unused, and in original condition
* In the original packaging with all tags and components intact
* Includes the original order packing slip in return package
Exchanges are NOT accepted due to the unique, handcrafted nature of CAUTIVA pieces; most pieces are not able to be resized and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be exchanged for another size, style, etc. Please be sure to properly check your measurements before purchasing.
Products noted as Final Sale cannot be returned. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Discreet Shipping
To protect the privacy and anonymity of our customers, Cautiva uses discreet shipping practices. Products will be shipped in black boxes with plain shipping labels that do not contain any unique brand identifiers. Purchases will show on bank statements under the company name Cautiva Leather LLC, or the shortened business descriptor Cautiva.
