- Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Condition of the Product: The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all provided accessories and packaging.
- Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. If applicable, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
- Return Process: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the products you wish to return.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
- Exceptions: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
