Buy a label on the order, add your own tracking number and carrier, or let ShipStation sync it.

Your payout releases
Newer shops: for your first 3 fulfilled card orders, the payout releases on its own once the order ships with tracking (orders over $250 get a quick look from our team first). After that, you are paid when the buyer pays.

The money lands
Card payouts go to your Stripe Express account, then to your bank on your Stripe schedule. PayPal orders reach your PayPal within minutes.

Who can sell on Spicerack?
Independent makers, small brands and shops that sell adult products: sex toys, lingerie, fetish wear, BDSM gear, erotic art and sexual wellness. You must be 18 or older, and a person on our team reviews every new shop before it opens.
How much does it cost to sell sex toys on Spicerack?
Joining is free. When you make a sale, Spicerack keeps a 5% commission on the order total (your products plus shipping, never sales tax), and card processing of 3.49% + $0.30 comes out of the payout. On a $60 card order you keep about $54.61. For PayPal orders, PayPal charges its own processing fee instead. The full breakdown is in What Spicerack charges sellers.
Are there monthly, listing or hidden fees?
No. The standard plan has no setup fee, no monthly fee and no listing fees, and the same 5% applies to every shop. Sponsored placements are an optional paid extra for shops that want more reach. You never need them to sell.
How and when do I get paid?
Connect Stripe Express, PayPal or both in your dashboard. PayPal orders reach your PayPal within minutes. For card orders, newer shops are paid once the order ships with a tracking number and a carrier (orders over $250 get a quick review first); after your first 3 fulfilled orders, you are paid when the buyer pays. What do I need to open a shop?
An account and a short application about your shop. Once we approve it, add your legal details (as a business or an individual), your shop address and a return policy, and connect Stripe or PayPal so the money has somewhere to go. Then you can list products. In some countries PayPal is the only option; your dashboard shows what is available where you are.
What can I sell?
Physical adult products you make, design or stock and ship yourself: toys, lingerie and fetish wear, bondage gear, erotic art and wellness products. Listings must be legal where you ship them and follow the Terms of Use.
Do I ship orders myself?
Yes. Each shop packs and ships its own orders, on the lead time you set. Buy labels on the order page or connect ShipStation, and turn on the Discreet Shipping badge if you ship in plain packaging. See How to ship an order and add tracking.
Can I import my products or sync my Shopify store?
Yes. Import and export products by CSV from your seller dashboard, or sync your Shopify catalog so products, prices and stock stay up to date on Spicerack.
Can I promote my shop outside Spicerack?
Absolutely. Your shop gets its own address on spicerack.market. Put it in your link in bio, your newsletter or your next campaign, and send your fans somewhere built to sell adult products.
Can I sell live, or as a content creator?
Yes. Go live on Teasr, our live shopping app, and sell while you stream; Spicerack shows when you are live. If you create content rather than products, SpicyFanz is our home for creators.
