Returns & Repairs Policy

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items
• Custom or personalised orders
• Made-to-order items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

If an item is returned damaged, worn, or altered, a refund may be refused.

Repairs
• If an item breaks or becomes damaged due to a fault in craftsmanship, I offer free repair.
• The buyer covers the shipping cost to Abyssal Adornments.
• I cover the shipping cost back to the buyer after repair.

Please contact me before returning any item for repair to receive approval and instructions.

Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or lack of care may not be eligible for free repair.

Processing Time
• Processing time is 1–2 weeks.
• Orders are usually completed in under 1 week, unless I am experiencing a high volume of orders.
• Each piece is handmade and some items are made to order.

Handmade Disclaimer
• All items are handmade and may show slight variations.
• Many pieces are one of a kind and cannot be replicated exactly.
• Minor differences in texture, soldering, or stone shape are not considered defects.
