-Custom and personalised orders- We accept custom and personalised orders - from simple things like specific colours, extra colours, or specific patterns to fully custom toy designs! For some specifications we may charge extra, and if it is a very drastic change (such as an extra large, not-usually-for-sale toy or a one-shot design you want us to make specifically for you) we may charge more. If you're interested, get in touch with us! -Care instructions- Platinum cure silicone is body-safe and robust. To clean it of hair or dust, simply wipe it down with a wet cloth or wash it under running water. To sterilize it, you can boil it in a pot of water, soak it in a point one bleach-water solution (rinse before use if you choose to do this), or both! -Can I have a suction cup with a tube?- No. Both the suction cup and tube require manipulation of the base; the tube itself plugs into the base, and so a suction cup simply wouldn't work. The two are mutually exclusive. -Can I buy just the extra?- If you go to a pizza place and order just "extra pepperoni" without a pizza to put it on, they may give you the same answer we would; what? We cannot accept sales of just the extra with no toys attached, these orders will be cancelled and refunded. If you would like just the tube as a replacement, you can just contact us about that prior to placing your order. We get so many orders that are just the dribble or just GitD, hopefully this answer will help mitigate that. -Is this toy cumtube compatible?- It depends on the toy, but a good rule of thumb is as follows; if it has a noticeable curve, probably not. If you're not sure, the toy's size sheet on the listing should be able to give you a clear answer. You can still shoot us a message if you're unsure, we are happy to help clear up any confusion.

Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot usually be accepted. If you have a problem that means the product is, for lack of a better term, 'non-functional', please send us a message so we can remedy the issue. We're not assholes, don't worry - we'll do our best to make it right if there's a problem.
