Due to the nature of my products, they can be returned only if their packaging has NOT been opened and the issue with the order comes from an error on my side, such as: the received product is of a significantly different model / size / firmness / color / pattern compered to what has been ordered. Other examples include the received toy having major imperfections (aka a "flop") when that was NOT stated in its description or shown in its pictures. The product cannot be returned simply out of dissatisfaction with the received item when it fully matches its description. NO toys the packaging of which has been opened can be returned. If you happen to have any problems with your order, please contact me first so we can discuss the issue. Any problems with the ordered items are resolved on individual basis.
