I offer worldwide shipping, however due to Spicerack's current limitations, shipping to countries other than the US require me to handle it differently. Please send me a private message and I will happily offer help through this process, as well as give you a price quote for shipping to a specific country.
Due to the nature of my products, they can be returned only if their packaging has NOT been opened and the issue with the order comes from an error on my side, such as: the received product is of a significantly different model / size / firmness / color / pattern compered to what has been ordered. Other examples include the received toy having major imperfections (aka a "flop") when that was NOT stated in its description or shown in its pictures.
The product cannot be returned simply out of dissatisfaction with the received item when it fully matches its description. NO toys the packaging of which has been opened can be returned.
