This is a pair of black patent leather platform heels featuring 4 straps across the foot and a large platform. This is an 8th Sin original shoe design, you won't find these anywhere else! A 12cm/5 inch heel and 7cm/3 inch platform means these shoes look killer but are actually way more comfortable than they look and are like wearing heels only a couple of inches high. 4 straps with functional buckles in cool black gunmetal ensure a tailored fit but the shoes have zips at the back for ease of use. No need to constantly buckle and unbuckle the shoes, wearing away the straps and making the shoes wear out quicker!

Available in genuine patent leather or vegan-friendly patent faux leather. We believe you should be able to choose according to your personal morals and ethics so we offer both options. Genuine leather shoes tend to last longer, age better, and allow your feet to breathe, significantly decreasing foot odour compared to faux leather shoes. Faux leather is cheaper, does not use animal hide and is a more animal-friendly choice for some, especially vegetarians and vegans. The genuine leather option features real leather on both the outside and inside unlike some shoes that say they are real leather but defeat the purpose by having faux leather inside the shoes, only covering the outside with real leather for the look. The faux leather version uses imitation leather inside and out. Both the genuine and faux leather options feature a rubber sole for cushioning, stability and grip.

Made to order in any size. We use UK sizing but welcome any other sizing method such as EU, US or Japanese sizing. Don't hesitate to send us a message about any size enquiries and we'll be happy to help! If you don't see your size, send us a message! These shoes are true to size, only order a size up if you intend to mostly wear them with thick tights, leggings or socks.

Sent using tracked and insured shipping worldwide. Please note that although this item is sent using tracked shipping by default, any other items ordered with it will be sent separately and not tracked unless specified. This is because the shoes are made to order and we will send your other items when they are ready, which will more than likely be before the shoes are finished. Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy if the item(s) is a standard item we sell (i.e. not customised or bespoke), damaged or not as described, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer pays return shipping. We also accept exchanges for items and will do everything we can to resolve any issues. Buyer pays return shipping and, if applicable, exchange shipping back to themselves.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and in the event of damaged items/packaging, evidence/photos of the condition.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and if applicable, digital return shipping labels if needed. Buyers need to be able to print the shipping label and any documents such as customs information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns if your order is returned because you did not pay the customs/import duty on it. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pay for return shipping.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
