If you’ve found yourself cutting the timing a bit short, we can hand-write or print your own personalised message and send your card directly to the recipient (don’t worry – it takes a lot to make us blush!).

Our UK customers can benefit from free delivery with orders over £15. We appreciate that 60% of our customers are further afield and unfortunately may be used to being shafted … and not in the fun way … by extortionate international shipping costs. As such, we endeavour to keep costs as low as possible with varied delivery options.

We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Estimated shipping times after processing are:

UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 6-7 working days

If you have spent over £30 you will receive a tracking number for your order. You can keep an eye on updates via Royal Mail.

Items that are print-to-order may take longer to despatch but we’ll keep you in the loop.

Yes, we do offer commissions! Creating the perfect bespoke artwork that is inherently personal and individual for you is something we love to do and is important to us. So drop us an email and we can discuss your vision. Current lead times are around 4 – 6 weeks to complete, though do get in touch if you need it sooner and we will see what we can do.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.

We take pride in the presentation and packaging of our products and want you to experience the same happy dance as we do when we get your order!
