Mandee has been creating all manner of bondage gear for the past ten years. She specializes in leather restraints, collars and floggers. Each of her items are hand crafted in her home office found locally just south of the Finger Lakes. Her goal starting out was to create affordable bondage gear for everyone's budget, because let's face it, arms and legs are for restraining, not trading.
