Please ensure that you enter all information carefully when ordering. Badgerface Beauty Supply is not responsible for issues with shipping and delivery due to customer error.

Generally Badgerface Beauty Supply is able to cancel an order as long as you reach out within 24 hours. In some cases, however, the order will have shipped by that point.

Badgerface Beauty Supply will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of your order information being incomplete or inaccurate or as a result of being unable to change or cancel your order once it has been accepted by Badgerface Beauty Supply, whether in contract, negligence or any other tort, equity, restitution, strict liability, under statute or otherwise at all.

If an address is incomplete, and goods are returned to Badgerface Beauty Supply, we have a right to charge you for the shipping fee that was paid by our end to initially ship the order. Further, we will charge you another shipping fee, if the order has to be resent. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the details are correct.
