Shop policies
We do not share data with any third parties except where necessary to fulfil orders. For example, we share address info with our delivery partners. Payments are handled via Spicerack's platforms, so we do not store or retain sensitive information.
Order Details:
Please ensure that you enter all information carefully when placing an Order. You warrant to Banana Passion that all information provided by you with each Order is complete, true and accurate.
Please check your Order carefully (including the quantities ordered), and address, before submitting it as Orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the Order has been accepted by Banana Passion. Banana Passion will use reasonable endeavours to cancel or change the Order if it has not already been shipped but makes no representation that it will be able to do this.
Except to the extent otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), Banana Passion will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of your Order information being incomplete or inaccurate or as a result of being unable to change or cancel your Order once it has been accepted by Banana Passion, whether in contract, negligence or any other tort, equity, restitution, strict liability, under statute or otherwise at all.
If an address is incomplete, and goods are returned to BANANA passion, we have a right to charge you for the shipping fee that was paid by our end to initially ship the order. Further, we will charge you another shipping fee, if the order has to be resent. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the details are correct.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
11: Return Policy:
11.1 You should check your Goods as soon as they are delivered to you in order to ensure that:
(i) they are what you ordered; and
(ii) they are not damaged or faulty. If this is not the case, you should contact us as soon as possible.
11.2 If you have a problem with any Goods or otherwise wish to return them, please contact us via a message. Once contacted, we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply. We will not accept the return of a product without our prior approval. The Goods must be returned within 14 calendar days from the approved date, and Banana Passion endeavours to resolve refunds or other outstanding issues within 5 business days.
11.3 When returning Goods:
(a) please provide Banana Passion with your proof of purchase;
(b) follow the instructions provided. Customers are also encouraged to use the original packaging where possible to avoid damage in transit.
11.4 You are not entitled to any refund or exchange just because any packaging is damaged in transit. The packaging exists to protect the Goods themselves.
11.5 We only accept products that have not been opened or used or damaged and are in their original packaging. We don’t refund or exchange products that are packaged in unsealed containers, as this doesn’t allow us to be sure that the product hasn’t been opened and compromises product integrity.
11.6 We do not accept returns or offer exchange of Goods on sale items.
11.7 For returns due to a defect or fault with the product, we will refund any shipping charges incurred as part of the initial transaction and those incurred in your return of the Goods. For returns due to a change of mind (be it because of perceived unsuitability to you, or dislike of minor variations in product appearance, etc.), we cannot refund shipping costs and processing charges. Returns have to be made within 14 days of a customer receiving the order.
