At Intamo, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to making sure all of our Intamo brand products are tested to be high quality and safe before being shipped out. Please check your shipment upon arrival to make sure there has been no damage in transit.

If a shipment has damaged product please reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the shipment being received and we will offer a resolution.

If you are not completely satisfied with any Intamo brand products, we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. To set up a refund please email [email protected] and a customer service representative will be happy to help you out. If you are returning a product for a refund, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the unused portion of the product back to Intamo. Once we have received the product please allow 1-2 business days for processing and we will return the full amount back to your original method of payment.
