Shop policies
The vendor hasn't added the shop policy for this shop yet.
We accept returns, but:
1) the goods cannot show any signs of use when returned to us
2) you return the goods at your own expense
Since the beginning of our activity in 2017, we have had two product returns. Both on the shibari rope.
Customers are always satisfied.
