Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
Lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear and cannot be returned if they have been worn or damaged.
Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
