Order Processing:
We aim to process your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping:
Please allow 7-14 business days for standard shipping to the US. We ship via our local post service which is handled in the US by USPS Service, and provide a tracking number with each shipment.
Discreet Packaging:
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped discreetly in unmarked packaging under the name Shnaider.T Co., Ltd. Items will be described as leather belts, bracelets, etc.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund.
"No Questions Asked" Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange.
**All items being returned must be pre-approved.** Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your item back.
#### Refunds and Exchanges
- The returned item must be in original (new and unused) condition with its tags on.
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
#### Custom-Made Items
Custom items made according to instructions provided by the customer cannot be returned. We'll send pictures of the work before sending it to get your approval. If there is a fit issue, we can work it out, but please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
