The penis gags are available in the following various sizes and colors, see our size and color chart. Be wary of the large and extra large sizes, they are intended to tickle a gag reflex and are not intended for anything beyond novelty use.
If you are not certain which size would be best, we recommend starting with any of our medium gags as they will comfortably fit most mouths.

Note: The silver colored metal hardware used in our pieces are nickel-plated, and so are not suited for those with metal allergies.
