The gag expands to hold the jaw open by turning the screws, however, it can be removed with the help of a finger in case of emergency when properly tightened.
The gag is made of 100% stainless steel for long-term durability and has been brushed and polished for aesthetics and safety.
The contact points are coated with a rubberized silicone for comfort.
This version comes with a set of thumbscrews as well as the standard set screws to make it easier to adjust without the need for a tool.
