Ball Gag - Silicone Premium Ball - Biothane Strap

A classic ball gag style, but with great attention to detail. Starting with a medical grade silicone ball, they are overall firm with just enough squish for comfort. This is a new offering so feel free to inquire about more colors and sizes.
The ball can additionally be swapped out later if so desired.
For the strap, .75" Wide Premium Biothane is used which offers easy cleaning and maintenance all while looking great with leather or latex gear. Notably more adjustment holes are offered than typical designs to increase adjustability. Black is the default, but Dark Brown is also available.
Only the best hardware is used and a keeper is included so your strap slack is not flopping around.

John Chrisekos III Reviewed 4 weeks ago A great ball gag. Looks good and is comfortable for a long session. The main thing I really like about this gag is the material choice being hygienic and high quality. The ball is real silicone and has the right amount of give to sink your teeth into a bit, but its not super squishy. I am not worried about it getting a dent in it. The strap is biothane which is really nice for cleaning the gag after use and is generally water resistant. I think the little sliding keeper for the strap is leather though so you may want to remove it if you plan on getting wet. The ball can be removed from the strap with a little force but it stays put when in use. It makes it really easy to give the ball and strap a thorough cleaning which is important for something which will go in a mouth. I personally have a large mouth to back of head measurement so the initial strap sent with the gag did not manage to fit me. The seller quickly sent out a custom sized replacement strap and handled the situation in a responsive and professional manner. Really good customer service for such an affordable item!

The ball can be pulled off the strap with a little work and cleaned thoroughly with a little soap and water, the strap was easy to clean as well. For an item in contact with the mouth I think hygiene is important to consider and this gag checked those boxes for me. The ball itself stays put when in use, you have to use some force to take it off the strap, so don't worry about it just falling off the strap or anything like that. I also think the biothane is a good choice as its particularly water resistant, the gag comes with a strap keeper that I think is leather, but after taking that off, I was able to use this item in the shower and some other wet situations without any issues. I have a particularly large around the mouth measurement and the first strap was too short to put it on, but the seller sent me another longer strap in a very professional manner.
