Cancellations

Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, as they are considered intimate products, same as you would expect in an adult toy store. Orders that arrive damaged or are lost in transit must be handled by the customer through the appropriate mail carrier.

We do offer a one-time modification or recreation to wearable items that are not worn in, or around, genitals, anus, or used in the mouth (aka: Collars, and chest harnesses). Buyer is responsible for asking for a resize within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the exchange to us and we will pay for the shipping back to the Buyer.
