ChainMeToo assumes no responsibility for unsafe, improper, or illegal use of items bought from ChainMeToo.
Please keep in mind all items are handmade and may vary some. Exact length is affected/restricted to chain link, O ring, D ring & clasp size.

Sorry, but most items cannot be returned due to being made to order, the intimate nature or custom sized.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect please reach out immediately with photos, so we can correct the situation.
Some items, as in wrist or ankle cuffs, pre-made collars may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer to pay shipping charges.
