Returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition and packaging. No exchanges are offered. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Distance Selling Regulations). Customers are responsible for any loss in value due to handling. Custom or altered items are non-returnable.
