What if we are not in the same place?
The buyer and the person being scanned do not have to be the same person, and do not have to be in the same country. That is the normal case here, not an exception.
After you order, the verification and scan link goes to whoever is being cast. They confirm their own identity and age and upload their own photos, from their own phone. You never handle their documents.
How long does it really take?
Three to four weeks of production, counted from the moment a complete scan lands, not from the moment you order. Verification and scanning usually take a day or two on your side.
Every piece is cast and finished by hand, in small batches, in the USA. If a mold comes out imperfect we tell you and remake it rather than shipping it.
