All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information. Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-shipped basis unless previous arrangements have been made. Orders are shipped under whichever service is chosen during the order process. We do not make a cent of profit off of shipping -- have never met a vendor who did. That said, we're not Amazon -- we'll do the best we can to ship quickly, but we have no control over USPS/UPS. If a package is delayed while in their care, we'll do our best to work with them and you, to find a resolution. Orders are packaged carefully and shipped discreetly. We ship in either: PLAIN CARDBOARD tubes, BLACK PLASTIC BAGS with bubble wrap taped around the inner products, black plastic sealed boxes (for the odd shaped packages) -- or the occasional brown envelope. In all cases, the return label will be vague, such as "CK, LLC", "CK PRODUCTS", "CK / 484-791-2021", or "CK of PA". Only if we are shipping through a vendor that REQUIRES business license information (some import/export groups do, sorry guys!) will our business name be on the label. Orders which are refused by the purchaser or are shipped to a wrong address due to being given a bad address will not be reshipped -- they will be refunded, once received, less the shipping and any damage (if any has occured) to the product. We are always happy to ship "Hold at Post Office" or "Hold For Pickup" if you have previously had issues with USPS or UPS not delivering your packages. Orders which are lost/damaged/etc by the shipper -- we will work with each customer individually to the best of our ability to fulfill the insurance and make them whole again. However, if the order reads as "delivered", we will likely not be able to ship a "replacement" for you. Sorry guys, we love you all, but we're not Amazon. Our pockets aren't bulging like that.
