Cancelling an order As a customer, you are free to cancel before the order has been dispatched and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from. Exchanges I do not accept exchanges, only returns. Delivery All orders are sent registered, tracked and insured with Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed. Cryzalis assumes no responsibility for any postal delays beyond its control, but will actively be in contact with the postal service should this occur. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
