Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel before the order has been dispatched and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.
Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges, only returns.
Delivery
All orders are sent registered, tracked and insured with Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed. Cryzalis assumes no responsibility for any postal delays beyond its control, but will actively be in contact with the postal service should this occur.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns Policy
Cryzalis accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Cryzalis without the prior written consent from Cryzalis and are subject to a return charge.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
