Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer, if the address is incorrect or incomplete (missing unit number, etc), the package will be returned to us, in which case, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the order reshipped to the correct address.
Shipping Times:
Within Canada: 3-10 business days
To the US: 7-10 business days
To Europe: 2-4 weeks
For purchases made from outside Canada, please note that you are responsible for paying any customs fees, VAT, or other taxes and fees designated by the laws of your country. You will be responsible for paying any such fees and taxes to your country's customs office or postal carrier upon receipt of your goods. Please consult your local postal carrier or government website for information on what those taxes and fees may be.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase once I have received the item back. Returned items must not have visible signs of wear or use.
Returned items should be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use Canada Post and United Stated Postal Service, or your country's local postal service. Be sure to mark the package as "RETURN" on the customs form.
