Our company policy states that all products are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase. This policy is in place for health and safety reasons. Once items leave our shop, we cannot guarantee their sanitation. If you encounter any issues with your order, please inform us. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products once they have left our shop (for the same reasons). If you believe your order is defective or has imperfections, please let us know, and we will handle each case individually.
