Shipping
Our goal is to ship items within 7 days once the item has been manufactured. Please allow up to 28 days for the arrival of your order. Eldritch Ecstasy will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees that may be incurred. Please be mindful that, when placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that your country permits the import of sex toys. You will be responsible for ensuring there is a secure delivery location for the package, in the event of theft it should be brought to the attention of your local post office.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be within 48 hours after being placed. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

For shipping, we share your name and shipping address, order number, the value of your order and (for orders outside the US) the contents of your order with our shipping providers. For payment, We share your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, financial information including credit card information (we do not store this ourselves), your order number and the value of your order with our payment providers. We do this in order to process payment for your order.
