Shipping
Our goal is to ship items within 7 days once the item has been manufactured. Please allow up to 28 days for the arrival of your order. Eldritch Ecstasy will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees that may be incurred. Please be mindful that, when placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that your country permits the import of sex toys. You will be responsible for ensuring there is a secure delivery location for the package, in the event of theft it should be brought to the attention of your local post office.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be within 48 hours after being placed. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Privacy Policy
Eldritch Ecastasy is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of visitors to our web site as well as the privacy of customers who buy from us.
For shipping, we share your name and shipping address, order number, the value of your order and (for orders outside the US) the contents of your order with our shipping providers. We do this in order to deliver your order to you, to allow you to track your order while it is being shipped, and to comply with Customs regulations.
For payment, We share your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, financial information including credit card information (we do not store this ourselves), your order number and the value of your order with our payment providers. We do this in order to process payment for your order.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Conditions that can make your item eligible for a replacement or refund:
If the toy arrived with significant noticeable defects or flaws or is damaged in any way.
The toy is significantly different from what was ordered.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your documentation is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
