Shop policies
A customer may send back the product within a month of receiving it, as long as it has not been used or damaged. The customer must take care of postage expenses for the return. However, if the wrong item was sent out by the seller, the seller is responsible for the postage fees.
Please note that our standard return and refund policy does not apply to all forms of latex clothing, as these items are categorized as intimate apparel. This includes but is not limited to bodysuits, bras, panties, and similar items. These products are considered intimate apparel, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items once shipped, even if unopened.
