A customer may send back the product within a month of receiving it, as long as it has not been used or damaged. The customer must take care of postage expenses for the return. However, if the wrong item was sent out by the seller, the seller is responsible for the postage fees.

This includes but is not limited to bodysuits, bras, panties, and similar items. These products are considered intimate apparel, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items once shipped, even if unopened.
